Yves Teganya received his B.Sc. degree with First Class in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, with major in Telecommunication Engineering from University of Rwanda- College of Science and Technology UR-CST (former KIST), Rwanda in 2012. He then received his M.Sc. degree in Electronics/ Telecommunications from University of Gävle, Sweden in 2016. He was working as Assistant lecturer in University of Rwanda- College of Science and Technology from July 2016. He is currently pursuing the PhD degree at University of Agder, Norway.
His research interests span over the areas of signal processing and machine learning, and their applications in spectrum cartography in wireless communications.
