Successful defense of PhD thesis by Mohamed Elnourani

Dr. Mohamed Gafar Ahmed Elnourani a PhD Research fellow at WISENET Center, Department of ICT, University of Agder defended his thesis entitled “Non-convex Optimization for Resource Allocation in Wireless Device-to-Device Communications “ on Friday 9 October 2020.
